CRITICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: We are a private consultancy firm. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not grant visas or guarantee the approval of any application. All final decisions regarding visas, immigration status, permits, or any other official document are made solely at the discretion of the relevant governmental or regulatory bodies. WE SOLELY PROVIDE ADVISORY AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES. THE FINAL DECISION ON ALL APPLICATIONS RESTS SOLELY WITH THE RELEVANT GOVERNMENTAL OR REGULATORY BODIES.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and logos (collectively, the "Content") are the proprietary property of the Company or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
